How our Club works

We have 3 phases

Phase 1: A limited number of members like you join the club to be notified when the first vegan company launches a campaign.
Phase 2: Selected companies invite club members to invest in their company at the start of their crowdfunding campaigns, before the general public.
Phase 3: Once the first vegan company succeeds in its crowdfunding campaign, club members will receive exclusive opportunities every month to invest in high-potential, vegan companies in the early stages of equity crowdfunding campaigns.

Who started the club & why ?

We’re a group of vegan entrepreneurs and social impact investors who believe that the world needs more plant-based companies to lead the charge in environmentally and ethically-responsible ways. Our vision is to unite like-minded investors from around the world to build a vegan economy through equity crowd-funding campaigns, regardless of how much or how little individuals are able to contribute. There’s power in numbers and the most powerful way to create a vegan economy is through unified action.

Mark is a vegan entrepreneur committed to thinking outside of the box and finding creative solutions to make the world better. As an advocate of values-based investing and avid supporter of companies that do good, Mark has spoken at conferences such as the Silicon Valley Crowdfund Conference, Global Crowdfunding Expo, the Silicon Valley Investment Conference, Deal Flow Media Conference, Global Trade Expo, CrowdConf et al. Justin Belleme, VIC Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Justin is the founder and Director of Strategy at JB Media Group, a B Corp Certified digital marketing agency that supports social enterprises, mission-driven companies, and nonprofits. Justin got his start in marketing when he helped launch and grow the Holistic Holiday at Sea vegan cruise company. Over the last 17 years, Justin has supported a variety of vegan companies and projects. He has a commitment to and track record of amplifying the life-saving benefits of plant-based living. His latest long-term plant-based endeavor is raising his plant-based daughter with his partner, Jill.
